How long will it take to get my orders?
We kindly ask that you allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. If you’ve not received your purchase within this period please email customer services.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept a full refund or exchange on all products returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the items being in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. What diffusers are these oils for?
Our diffuser oils are designed for use in oil burners and electric aroma diffusers, specifically ultrasonic models that combine water and oil to create a scented mist. They are not suitable for reed diffusers or humidifiers unless otherwise specified. Always follow your diffuser’s instructions to ensure safe and effective use.
How to use Difffuser Oil?
To use diffuser oils, add a few drops (typically 5–10) into a clean water-based diffuser, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Adjust the number of drops depending on room size and desired intensity. For best results, use clean, filtered water and avoid overfilling the tank. For oil burners, always use on a stable, heat-safe surface and never leave unattended.
How long does the scent last in a diffuser?
The longevity of the scent depends on your diffuser type, oil quantity, room size, and airflow. On average, a filled diffuser can run for 4–8 hours, with the fragrance lingering in the room for several hours afterward. Using high-quality oils and proper maintenance will enhance performance.
