How long will it take to get my orders?
We kindly ask that you allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. If you’ve not received your purchase within this period please email customer services.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept a full refund or exchange on all products returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to the items being in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, kindly contact us with your order number and reason for return. Please note that the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.

How to use Reed Difffusers?
Remove the inner plug from the bottle and insert the reed sticks into the fragrance oil. Allow up to 24 hours for the scent to fully disperse. Rotate the reeds periodically to refresh the fragrance. Always place the bottle on a flat and stable surface to prevent accidental spillage. Do not place on polished or painted surfaces. Wipe in case of any spillage.
How long does the Reed Diffusers last?
The lifespan of a reed diffuser depends on the oil formulation, number of reeds, and room conditions. Our 100ml bottle lasts upto 4 months. Using fewer reeds will slow down evaporation but give a lighter scent, while more reeds will increase fragrance strength but reduce longevity.
Can I refill or reuse my reed diffuser?
Yes, you can refill your reed diffuser with fresh oil once it runs low. However, we recommend using new reeds each time, as used reeds may be clogged and less effective at diffusing scent. Be sure to rinse or replace the container if you’re switching to a different fragrance to avoid mixing scents.
